Teen Comedy Club

This storytelling program allows young people to find their voices, express emotions, learn storytelling techniques and enhance public speaking skills by telling their own stories rather than internalizing and acting out negative stereotypes.  It is important that young people learn how to articulate their stories and express themselves in ways that benefit them.  During the program the youth will host a listening party where they will expose their audible work to the physical and online community.  Upon completion of the program the youth will host a Storytelling Slam where they will be judged based on their storytelling skills.
