Living 2 Learn presented at Wakandacon 2018 Chicago - a three day Afro-futuristic celebration art, tech and pop culture in downtown Chicago. The workshop brought the World of Wakanada to Chicago by expressing ways in which STEAM (Science, Technology, engineering, Art and Math) can be used to bring Peace in our lives, family, community, city, state, nation and eventually the World. Using the Spirit of Black Panther to strengthen our communities, went well! It was well attended, thought provoking, engaging, with good questions and of course laughter! (Fall 2018)

The participants broke into 5 group and brainstormed ways that Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math can be used to make our communities better.
"Clarence, was one of mine (favorite teacher). I met you at a vulnerable time in my life. Economic down turn, unemployed, 50+, empty nest, savings almost depleted and fighting depression. Heard about KKC, Went and met this energetic, optimist, encouraging young man, teaching old people new skills. You were life changing for me. You made a difference. Your attitude helped me keep a positive prospective of life. Found employment and I'm still standing. Thanks for supporting me and others, encouraging us to stay in the race. The winner is not the fastest one, but we who can endure. Much to you Sir!" – Rosa Jewel
